1. Introduction

Welcome to Slot Go Go (the "Site", "we", "our", or "us"), accessible at slot-gogo.com. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "the user") and Slot Go Go, setting out the rules that apply whenever you access, browse, read, or otherwise interact with the Site.

By using Slot Go Go you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Site immediately.

These Terms are written in plain English and are intended for a United Kingdom audience. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Responsible Gambling information.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Slot Go Go publishes information about online casinos licensed to operate in Great Britain. Gambling is an age-restricted activity and access to this Site is therefore limited to adults.

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site. By continuing to browse Slot Go Go you warrant and represent that you are 18 or older. If we have reason to believe that a user is under 18, we reserve the right to restrict access and report the matter to the appropriate authority.

2.2 Location

Our content is directed at residents of the United Kingdom. Although the Site may be accessible from other jurisdictions, we make no representation that the information is appropriate or lawful in any other country. It is your responsibility to comply with the gambling laws of your own location.

2.3 Capacity

You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that your use of the Site is not restricted by any order, injunction, or self-exclusion programme.

3. Nature of the Service

Slot Go Go is an independent comparison, listing, and review platform. We curate information about online casinos that hold a valid operating licence from the UK Gambling Commission and present that information in an easy-to-compare format.

• We do not operate any casino, sportsbook, or gaming service.
• We do not accept, hold, or process wagers of any kind.
• We do not issue or control player accounts at any third-party operator.
• We do not guarantee the availability, terms, or outcomes offered by any operator listed.

Any bonus, promotion, or offer displayed on the Site is owned and controlled by the relevant operator. Terms and availability are subject to change without notice and are governed by the operator's own terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Slot Go Go lawfully and respectfully. In particular, you must not:

• Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable UK law or regulation.
• Copy, scrape, republish, or redistribute our content without written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers, or related infrastructure.
• Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious code to the Site.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Use automated means (including bots, spiders, or crawlers) to harvest data, except for legitimate search engine indexing.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this section, including terminating their access to the Site and reporting them to law enforcement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content published on Slot Go Go — including text, reviews, ratings, graphics, logos, page layout, and software — is owned by or licensed to Slot Go Go and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, and database laws.

5.1 Limited Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. No other rights are granted.

5.2 Third-Party Marks

Casino brand names, operator logos, and game titles remain the property of their respective owners and are used on the Site for identification and editorial purposes only. Their appearance does not imply endorsement of Slot Go Go by those owners.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site contains links to third-party websites operated by licensed casino operators and other partners. These links are provided for your convenience and do not constitute endorsement. Once you leave Slot Go Go, our Terms no longer apply and you are subject to the terms and privacy practices of the destination website.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or security of any third-party site, nor for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

7. Affiliate Disclosure

Slot Go Go operates on an affiliate model. We may receive a commission from casino operators when users register or deposit through links on our Site. This does not increase the cost to you, and it does not influence our editorial ratings or review methodology.

Our rankings are based on factors such as UK licensing status, game selection, bonus fairness, payment speed, customer support quality, and responsible gambling tools. Operators cannot pay to receive a higher ranking.

8. Responsible Gambling

Gambling should be a form of entertainment, never a way to earn income or escape from difficulties. Slot Go Go is firmly committed to promoting safer play.

• Only gamble with money you can afford to lose.
• Set deposit, loss, and time limits before you begin.
• Never chase losses or gamble while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Take regular breaks and use operator self-exclusion tools if needed.

If you or someone you know is struggling with gambling, free and confidential help is available in the UK through GamCare (0808 8020 133), the National Gambling Helpline, and GAMSTOP self-exclusion. See our Responsible Gambling page for further guidance.

• Bonus values, wagering requirements, and payment methods may change at any time.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under UK law.

11. Privacy and Cookies

Our handling of personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies is described in the Cookie Policy. By using the Site you acknowledge and agree to the practices set out in those documents.
